Mountain View Farm Products, LLC is family owned and operated by Fred and Christie Huger. We live on a 250 acre dairy farm in Fairfield, Virginia with our three children, Anderson, Everette and Isabelle. We milk around 120 cows twice daily and are a year round operation.

Our farm has been put into a conservation easement to ensure future generations will be able to enjoy the undeveloped beauty and farming possibilities we now have.

All of our Farmstead cheeses are made using raw milk from our herd, cultures, rennet, sea salt and various herbs and spices. All of the cheeses are aged a minimum of 60 days.

We raise the highest quality beef for our family and yours. We have individual cuts available as well as halves or whole beef custom cut to your specifications by our processor.
